What You’ll Be Doing
  • You’ll be part of a collaborative team supporting Amazon catalog management and ensuring accuracy across product detail pages. Your key tasks will include:
  • Managing overall brand catalogs, including titles, bullets, images, and critical product data.
  • Handling variations, product groupings, and product creations.
  • Managing support cases and monitoring account health.
  • Taking day-to-day ownership of product detail pages and utilizing Seller Central levers to correct critical issues.
  • Using third-party ecommerce tools (e.g., Helium10, JungleScout) to drive strategy and analyze results.
  • Communicating proactively with internal and external stakeholders
What You’ll Bring
  • 2-6+ years of ecommerce experience, preferably with Amazon Seller Central.
  • Experience with catalog updates, product data management, and resolving support cases.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles, processes, and workflows.
  • Foundational reporting and measurement experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to learn and ask questions.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Bonus Points For
  • Proficiency with advanced Excel and specialized third-party ecommerce tools.
  • Experience in a remote, team-oriented environment
